Location: Bellingham, WA Duration: Full-time contract for the summer and next school year, 35 hours per week, onsite. Responsibilities: Provide specialized support to students with mild to moderate behavioral and learning needs, including ASD and learning disabilities. Collaborate with educators and staff to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Conduct assessments to understand student needs and monitor progress. Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff on effective behavioral strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and interventions. Qualifications: Experience in behavioral support or relevant certification, such as RBT. Strong understanding of various special education frameworks and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
