Job Description Job Description Worship Leader Intensive - Summer Internship Location: Ocean Church, Estero, FL Position Type: Summer Internship from June 2 – August 8, 2025 (UNPAID) Experience Level: Must have worship-leading experience (playing an instrument is a plus) Age Recommendation: 16-24 About the Worship Leader Intensive (WLI) Are you passionate about leading worship and growing in your calling? The Worship Leader Intensive (WLI) is a full-time summer internship designed to equip and develop the next generation of worship leaders through hands-on training, mentorship, and biblical teaching. At Ocean Church, we believe worship leaders are shepherds, not just musicians. This program will challenge and refine your musical abilities, deepen your spiritual foundation, and teach you how to lead people into the presence of God with excellence and authenticity.
