Job Description Job Description Benefits: 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Free uniforms Training & development Benefits/Perks Competitive Compensation Flexible Schedule Great Work Environment Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team As a Gymnastics Coach with us, you will be teaching in a group as well as on an individual level, and you will be handling a variety of age groups and skill levels. You will also track their progress, provide feedback, motivation, and support, as well as prepare exceptional students for competitions. The ideal candidate will be positive, have experience teaching, and have the ability to spot and foster talent. Responsibilities Lead classes of various skill levels and ages Plan activities and lessons for individuals and class settings Provide recommendations for training outside the classroom setting, nutrition advice, and motivation Track the progress and growth of students under your care Summer Camp Coach You may also be utilized as a Summertime gymnastics camp coach. As a Summer Camp Coach you will be providing half and or full day instruction and supervision for children 4 to 14 years of age. This includes basic summer camp activities such as Crafts, Animal Week, Ninja Week, Water Week, and Hero and Military Week, just to name a few. Qualifications Previous experience working as a teacher or in a fast-paced environment desired Strong experience in gymnastics, fitness, and coaching The ability to lead in a positive, motivational way Excellent communication skills
