Early Careers & Talent Assistant

US-headquartered law firm with a fantastic global reputation is keen to recruit a talent and onboarding assistant to support the team. This is an incredibly varied and rewarding role – some of the duties include: - extensive support with the recruitment of lawyers to their London office, liaising with agencies, arranging interviews, agreeing terms etc. and then, working with the lawyers once they join. You will welcome and onboard them (welcome gifts) get their tech, phones iPads ready and be of assistance with accommodation, be involved in the firm summer internship scheme, attend firm events and liaise directly with partners. You will also be the go-to person for any queries from new joiners so a professional but approachable attitude is a must.
