Events Sales Executive (Entry-Level) London | Hybrid | 3 days in office Looking to break into the fast-paced world of events and exhibitions — and get rewarded for your hard work? We’re searching for a driven, proactive Events Sales Executive to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity to build your career from the ground up and the chance to connect with senior executives across a variety of industries. About the role: This entry-level role is all about building relationships and driving engagement with VIP attendees. You’ll play a key part in ensuring senior-level decision-makers are actively involved in our sponsored roundtables, breakfasts, dinners, and on-site meetings. Expect lots of outreach — via LinkedIn, phone, and email. Key Responsibilities: Engage VIPs and secure their participation in exclusive sponsored events. Send personalised invitations to non-registered attendees, working from targeted account lists. Support on-site meeting scheduling and ensure VIP involvement with key sponsors and exhibitors. Reach out to potential speakers using past VIP lists and cold outreach to new contacts. Consistently meet and exceed outreach and conversion targets, with c ommission earned on top of base salary for delivering results. What we’re looking for Strong interpersonal skills and confidence communicating with senior-level executives. A friendly but professional telephone manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to your audience. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills — with resilience to handle and overcome objections. Self-motivated, hardworking, and ready to roll up your sleeves for repetitive tasks that drive big outcomes.
