The Summer Camp HR Administrative Aide supports the Human Resources team by assisting with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. The primary responsibility of this role is to collect, manage, and maintain employee data, while also supporting the recruiting and hiring processes for seasonal staff. Additional duties include handling day-to-day HR office operations such as answering phones, managing emails, copying and organizing documents, scheduling, and providing logistical support to camp personnel. This is an entry-level position offering structured training and professional development—ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience and opportunities for growth within the organization. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Associate or Bachelor's Degree is preferred 1 year of experience in administrative support or office management (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with HR procedures and confidentiality standards (preferred) Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles is a plus Experience with office equipment (printers, scanners) Skills Strong written and verbal communication Excellent organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Benefits (for Full-time employees only) Health and vision coverage & dental coverage optional Pension Benefit plan, after one year, with agency contribution Life insurance Generous Paid time off (PTO) Paid federal and additional holidays Employee program discounts Schedule Part-time 20–30 hours/week, and/or Full-Time , Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
