Part time position, Nanny/Housekeeper Nanny Job in Franklin Lks

We are a family in Franklin Lakes, NJ, seeking a reliable, energetic mother's helper to assist with childcare and household tasks. Our family includes a 5-month-old son, Alex, and an active 3-year-old daughter, Caila. Caila enjoys outdoor play, arts and crafts, reading, dancing, animals, dinosaurs, and her favorite stuffed bunny.

The ideal candidate will engage with the children through play and educational activities while assisting with daily routines, including light cleaning, laundry, organization, meal preparation, and occasional grocery shopping.

We prefer someone available between 8:30am and 5:00pm on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays but can offer flexibility on days and times if needed. Typically, another adult (Mom, Dad, or Grandma) will be present, ensuring that care responsibilities are shared and balanced. Our primary goal is ensuring Caila receives engaging attention while also caring for our infant son.

Additional Context:

Dad has a hybrid work schedule between home and New York City.

Mom works part-time from home.
