To be considered, applicants must: Be a rising college junior graduating May 2027 - August 2027 pursuing a Bachelor's degree. Demonstrate financial need. Explore summer internship opportunities with Spectrum. Have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Have authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for employer sponsorship. Must be able to participate and successfully complete all program-related activities.
