Set in the breathtaking Cotswolds countryside, this luxury weddings and events venue is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join their dynamic team. Known for its stunning setting and exceptional dining experiences, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a venue that combines creativity with tradition. Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Sous Chef £40,000 per annum Working an average of 45 hours per week (more in summer, fewer in winter) Being a key player in a passionate and creative kitchen team Responsibilities as the Sous Chef Supporting the Head Chef in leading a team of 3 to 4 chefs and additional freelancers in catering for up to 150 guests per event Helping to create and execute bespoke menus for over 180 weddings a year, using fresh, seasonal ingredients Showcasing open-fire cooking techniques, from succulent lamb chops and steaks to woodfire pizzas, burgers, and tacos Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation while keeping kitchen operations running smoothly With quieter months from January to March, youll have time to focus on innovation and prep for the busy summer season.
