The role The Recreation Attendant is responsible for delivering quality customer service, where you have the opportunity to work in a luxury hotel pool and spa environment at Crown Promenade's The Deck. In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as: Actively supervise and monitor the pool ensuring safe and correct usage of the facilities. Maintain pool and gym facilities ensuring that it is kept clean and well stocked at all times, including restocking linen, towels and amenities. Deliver a high level of quality customer service and assist with basic Food & Beverage services. About you You’ll bring the following: Previous experience in a customer service and lifeguarding position. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a high pressure team environment. Flexibility to work across a 7 day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
