Review & respond to chargebacks received on e-commerce sales. Act as key liaison for third party partners; Adyen, Forter, Netcraft and Evri/FedEx. Use Forter to optimise order approvals or rejections. Manage the removal of fake and cloned websites using Netcraft. Review free online order volume on a daily basis.
