On behalf of this organisation, AMS is looking for an Early Careers Programme Support Coordinator for an initial 4-month contract, based hybrid in London. Purpose of the Role: The UK Early Careers team looks after all campus attraction, recruitment and development of graduates, summer internships and spring-insight participants. This role will focus on supporting the development and delivery of the best-in-class development offering to all early careers staff. As an Early Careers Programme Support Coordinator , you will be responsible for: Supporting the Early Careers Development Partner in the design and delivery of all early career learning & development curriculum (graduate, summer and spring programmes). Supporting the delivery the Graduate Induction programme including business training, technical training and Senior Management participation. Coordinating the Graduate FCA examination process, under the supervision of the Early Careers Strategy & Programme Manager. Supporting the summer intern and graduate appraisal processes. Supporting the Early Careers Strategy & Programme Manager in graduate programme management, including the graduate to permanent role process. Acting as the key day-to-day contact for the Apprentice population, and support in the delivery of Apprentice induction and programme management. Supporting recruitment activities during peak-season when required. Responsible for the delivery of the Discovery Days. Ad hoc projects as directed by the Head of Early Careers and Early Careers Strategy & Programme Manager including drafting and updating of process documentation, marketing materials and social media posts, and documentation for the Early Careers populations, working with Brand and Comms and Design teams where appropriate. What we require from the candidate: Experience in Early Careers desirable. Excellent Microsoft Office skills and general administrative skills An excellent communicator across a range of different stakeholders; including graduates, hiring managers, HR, business stakeholders and external vendors. Ability to multitask with many simultaneous activities at once working within a fast-paced environment. Well organised and capability to prioritise with excellent attention to detail. 'Can-do' attitude, able to learn new systems quickly.
