Are you bold thinking? Find your place on our team and help us change the world Summary: Our Internship program offers students an opportunity to receive training in a professional environment. Throughout your internship you will gain on-the-job experience while working along side experienced professionals who provide you with both guidance and autonomy as you work on challenging projects. Our internship programs run typically May - August each year. Project: You will be responsible for working with the Project Manager and key stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of an on-site facility improvement project. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of customer funded facility projects focused on improving the appeal and accessibility of the site entrance, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, progress reports, schedules, and change orders. Assist with tracking project milestones and deliverables. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure clear expectations, timely updates, and resolution of any issues or delays. Site Visits & Inspections: Participate in site visits and assist with the monitoring of project progress. Ensure that work is completed according to specifications and safety standards. Project Schedule Management: Support the team in maintaining an up-to-date project timeline, ensuring deadlines are met and project scope is followed. Required Qualifications: Degree Program: Completion of Junior year in a bachelors' degree program in the areas of Engineering, Business, or related fields Skills: Strong interest in project management and technical environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with scheduling tools such as MS Project desired Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment US Citizenship Required The Summer Intern hourly range for this role is $25.50 - $32.20 per hour. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
