Online & In Person 1-1 Tuition (including Alternative Provision, K-13, University Applications) 2. Residential Summer Programs and Work Experience for 16-18 Year Olds 3. Online Courses through our own AI-powered Learning Management System. Role Description We are looking for a driven and resourceful individual to take charge of the operational management of Study Mind’s summer camps at UCL in London. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our summer programmes, handling logistical challenges, and maintaining exceptional standards throughout. Your ability to manage deadlines and oversee day-to-day operations will be key to success. You’ll need to remain composed and proactive in responding to unexpected situations or last-minute adjustments, providing practical solutions swiftly and effectively. A critical part of the role involves working with external partners to guarantee that their services meet Study Mind’s high expectations. You will collaborate with internal teams and act as the primary liaison with , suppliers, and industry partners, ensuring positive and professional relationships at all times. With our summer camps incorporating hands-on industry experiences, you will manage relationships with London-based organisations, guiding them from initial engagement to the final stages of delivery. The camps take place from 1 July - 16th August where you will need to be on-site in Central London. The rest of the year can be worked remotely. We are seeking an energetic, motivated professional ready to embrace the demands of running summer camps. During the busiest periods, the Summer Camp Operations Lead will be on-call to manage urgent issues and may need to provide in-person support when necessary. The ideal candidate will bring experience in the education sector, preferably with a background in operational or event management. You should have a strong understanding of the fast-paced summer camp environment and be confident making decisions under pressure while maintaining high-quality outcomes. Salary: £32,000-£42,000 pro-rated per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
