Job Title: University Sourcer Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite) Duration: 6 Months Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $40.00/hour-$45.00/hour. Description: Carry out outreach events across the US to support company objectives. Includes conveying the importance and impact of Company on the world around us, and why it is a great place to grow one's career. Partner with hiring teams to understand business needs, develop hiring strategy, coach interviewing teams. Implement sourcing strategies to identify high-potential and high-performing students, paying particular attention to diversity initiatives. Identify and recruit talent from colleges and universities, both online and in-person, for Company's internship positions. Assist with University Talent Program activities and events, including creating a remarkable summer intern experience across all US sites. Skills: Successful candidates will organize and follow through with tasks; effectively use systems, software, and other tools; write clearly; welcome challenges and learning opportunities; be able to shape and improve processes; desire the success of others.
