We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team and make a real impact. You will be at the heart of our financial operations, working closely with customers and suppliers, as well as with colleagues across different departments, including sales, customer success, and sales operations. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of finance functions, from managing Accounts Receivable and Credit Control to supporting Accounts Payable and participating in projects that shape the future of our finance processes. Main Responsibilities Accounts Receivable & Credit Control Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process across our global customer base, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and proactively follow up to ensure effective credit control Provide regular reporting on aged debt and cash collections performance Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate smooth payment processes Assist with sales tax compliance across all regions Support our commercial teams in renewing customer contracts Accounts Payable & Purchasing Support Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice processing and payment scheduling Take charge of our employee expenses platform (Spendesk) Lead procurement activities, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies Financial Operations & Projects Contribute to the development and implementation of scalable, robust and efficient financial processes and controls Participate in finance-related projects such as system upgrades, process automation, and compliance improvements Provide analytical support and insights to drive decision-making within the finance team and broader business Career Progression and Development Recognition as a key part of the team that continues to deliver significant global growth - feel and see the impact of your individual contributions Opportunity to learn from working alongside an experienced management team and market leading clients around the world Biannual performance review and individual career development plan The Ideal candidate will have Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets, comfortable with automating tasks using lookups etc Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Exposure to finance operations projects or process improvement initiatives A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving Studying towards, or willing to start studying a relevant accounting qualification (e.g. AAT, CIMA, ACCA) Experience thriving in a fast-paced, growing business environment Ability to work on your own initiative whilst working alongside a supportive team Fluent spoken and written English Familiarity with accounting software such as NetSuite (desirable) Experience in Accounts Payable (desirable) Salesforce CRM experience (desirable) The craic ; ) Most Importantly Being a people-focused Company, it’s not just about the role, we are equally interested in you. This is a hybrid role and we offer a lot of flexibility around core hours. This role will ideally be based in the UK and the successful candidate will be able to work from our London office one or two days every week.
