Job Description
The Project Management Office Delivery Intern will work under the Project Manager Director. You will help implement and monitor project plans, allocating resources, identifying issues, developing mitigation strategies, ensuring quality, conducting reviews, communicating status, and adjusting plans based on feedback.
Responsibilities
- Monitor project progress and ensure understanding of project goals.
- Help allocate resources to meet project requirements.
- Track resource use and address any shortfalls or conflicts.
- Help develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of project outputs.
- Gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to project plans.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor's degree program related to business, management, engineering, or IT.
- Return to school in Fall 2025 to complete degree
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
- Knowledge of project management frameworks like PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma
