General Assistant
Salary: £12.00 - £13.00 per hour, plus tips!
Location: Melfort Village, near Oban, Scotland
Hours: 32–45 hours per week, on a monthly rota system, including weekends
Benefits:
• 30 days annual leave
• A share of tips
• Access to leisure and gym facilities
• On-site accommodation: Fully refurbished and furnished shared three-bedroom property, including bed linen and towels, with a contribution of only £150 per month and shared electricity costs.

Known for our outstanding service and facilities, we offer a tranquil escape for our guests and we are now seeking a dynamic General Assistant to join our team, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all aspects of hospitality.
This role is ideal for a hospitality student or someone passionate about the industry, looking to build their skillset in a supportive and vibrant environment.
Key Responsibilities;
• Café & Bar: Deliver exceptional customer service, assist with food and beverage service, and maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Grounds & Maintenance: Help with general maintenance tasks, such as delivering logs, kindling, or highchairs, while contributing to the upkeep of the resort's stunning grounds.
• Housekeeping: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest accommodations and communal areas.
• Pool & Leisure: Support the office and lifeguards with pool and leisure facilities, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.

Key Skills & Experience;
Qualifications
• Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence (Essential).
• Eligible to work in the UK (Essential).
Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Essential).
• Ability to work flexibly across different roles and shifts (Essential).
• Customer service experience in hospitality (Desirable).
Disposition/Personal Attributes
• A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Adaptable, reliable, and proactive in approach.
