Job Description
The Marketing Operations Intern will report to the Vice President of Marketing as part of the Integrated Marketing team, providing support to the Commercial and Small Business marketing team. You will help improve marketing processes, manage marketing automation tools, and analyze data to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Support the setup and optimization of email campaigns, landing pages, and lead scoring models
- Maintain and clean marketing databases for accurate targeting and segmentation
- Analyze metrics for marketing campaign performance
- Coordinate with content, creative, and sales teams to align marketing plans with team goals
- Research small business trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights
- Help grow social media networks and explore AI for improved engagement
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, or related field of study
- Returning to school in Fall 2025 to complete degree
- Interest in marketing operations, marketing technology, and data analysis
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. Eloqua, Adobe, Salesforce)
