Job Description

The Bonadio Group is currently seeking Seasonal Administrative Professionals to support our Small Business Advisory Service Line for the time frame of January 2025 through April 2025. We have openings for candidates residing in Syracuse, New York and Utica, New York.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the processing of tax returns, extensions, estimates, notices, etc.
  • Assist in the preparation, proofreading, editing, and processing of documents including, but not limited to, correspondence, financial statements, client-related correspondence, etc., to produce error-free work
  • Track engagements with the use of Access software
  • Paper and electronic filing of client information; maintenance of filing systems
  • Coordinate internal or external communications between supervisor and others
  • Organize, update, and maintain calendars
  • Manage multiple priorities
Qualifications

Required:
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED Certificate
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of typical office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment, as well as business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Hours of Operation:
  • Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Our summer hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday
  • Our team prides itself on flexibility; however, during busy season the ability to work additional hours is necessary

The salary range for this opportunity is between $18.00 - $20.00 per hour and is based on location.
