Job Location
West Valley City, UT, United States
Job Description
Job Description:

About Intermountain Health
Intermountain Health is an Intermountain West-based system of nonprofit hospitals, clinics, health services, and health plans. The organization has an international reputation as a pioneer in the continuous improvement of clinical quality and as a leader in the development of clinical programs. Intermountain Health has been repeatedly recognized as one of the top integrated healthcare delivery systems in the country.
About Ambulatory Care Services
Ambulatory Care Services is a division of Intermountain Health responsible for operating over 200 clinics across Idaho, Nevada, and Utah. We are hiring interns for our Canyons Region (Central to Northern Utah) and Desert Region (Southwest Utah and Nevada) Medical Group. In 2020, Intermountain Medical Group geographies created markets and regions. This unified and consolidated the leadership groups to find greater efficiencies, standardized work processes, leverage shared resources, harness technology, reduce redundancies, and give the organization greater collaboration and nimbleness. Further reorganization of clinic leadership occurred across our enterprise with this new structure now in place. This will lead to greater ability to meet the goals of Intermountain, leading to a safe, highly reliable patient experience at each of our clinics with reduced costs, and a greater value to the patients and communities we serve.
