Job Description
Position Summary:
The Audit Senior Associate will provide timely, accurate and reliable completion of client assignments while ensuring delivery is consistent with Manager/Partner and client expectations. In this role, the Audit Senior Associate will focus on developing skills, building their technical skill base, and understanding and executing diligent client service.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:
Plan, supervise and perform audits, reviews and compilation engagements in various business types.
Prepare financial statements, reports and other required compliance information.
Review work product to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Develop effective working relationships with clients
Identify and research accounting and auditing issues, develop solutions and prepare written conclusions
Management multiple engagements concurrently to meet client deadlines
Develop awareness of budget constraints and project realization
Communicate with managers and partners, keeping them apprised of project status
Have initiative to learn and develop new audit and attest skills
Provide training and support to staff and promote open communication to the partners and managers.
Maintain and promote the values, mission, and vision of Wojeski & Co.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field
Current CPA license or CPA candidate
2-5 years of public accounting auditing experience
Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and standards
Strong computer and software skills - experience with Microsoft Office Products, CCH Suite is desired
Excellent analytical and technical skills
Exceptional client service skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple work assignments and complete projects in a results-oriented team environment
Ability to work addition hours during peak client service delivery times
Strong organizational and project management skills and attention to detail
