£45,000 to £55,000 + Perks

Our client is a rapidly growing and well established food SME operating across multiple categories with excellent distribution listed in every major UK Grocer and across the High St. With a rapidly growing online presence and a sizeable D2C channel, we are looking for someone to own this area.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Performance Marketing – Drive Webshop sales through the planning, execution and optimisation of SEO, paid ads and paid social, email marketing and partnerships.
• Amazon – partner with our Amazon Account Manager to drive sales by developing and implementing effective strategies that drive traffic and increase sales on the Amazon platform through media, digital merchandising, and branded content.
• Digital Content Creation – manage the relationship with agencies and content creators to create video content, photography and copy.
• Digital Asset Management – ensure all digital assets and copy are up to date and well organised.
• Website Management – manage website design and content to ensure it best showcases the brand and engages and informs consumers and customers.
• Analytics and Reporting – Utilise web analytic tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and analyse performance.

• Base Salary: up to £55,000
• Bonus: up to 10%
• 29 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday
• Hybrid Working 2x pw (Central London HQ)

Do you have the following to apply? ✅

• A mid-level Digital Marketing Manager or Exec in a similar role.
• Open to both client side and agency side (Account Manager) profiles.
• Experience with platforms such as: Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta, Google Ads and Klaviyo.
• SEO and PPC knowledge – agency support provided.
• An understanding of Paid Social and Paid Search.
• Experience in agency management and content creation.
