We’re currently seeking a Landscape Foremen. This role will work a 5 days/week and will be out in the field with and supporting the crews. This position will work in a supervisory & labor capacity with the landscaping crews to install and maintain landscaping projects during the summer season. This position will also work in a supervisory & labor capacity with the snow removal crews to maintain properties during the winter season. Additionally, this position will provide support for pool projects in our Signature Pools division. Customer service and employee communication is highly important with this position. Our Landscape Foreman must have:
Valid drivers license with a clean record, Medical Examiners Certificate required with drivers license
2-3 years of experience in landscaping (installation, design and/or Horticulture degree), including hardscapes, softscapes, patios and walls
Demonstrated ability to lead crews
Be a liaison between property needs/crew and manager
Excellent communication skills
