What we're looking for: We have an immediate need for an experienced Preconstruction Manager with a focus on large-scale commercial projects in key sectors including Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Education, Corporate, Institutional, and Light Industrial.
Ideal Candidate: will have significant experience in leading preconstruction process from project inception through the start of construction.

Ideal Candidate: will have significant experience in leading preconstruction process from project inception through the start of construction.
Primary Responsibilities and Qualifications include:
- Lead and coordinate early Project Development activities such as determining our intent to pursue an opportunity, developing a pursuit strategy, assist in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), developing an interview message and agenda, preparing the interview team, and leading the interview. Win or lose, enhance our reputation and consideration by our clients for current and future opportunities.
- Lead and coordinate Contract Administration activities such as assigning project team responsibilities, defining owner preconstruction, construction, and post construction expectations, preparing, and reviewing the contract with the owner, and administering design contracts when applicable,.
- Lead and coordinate the full range of Preconstruction Phase activities for assigned projects, including design management, estimating, and procurement. In some cases, may prepare conceptual budgets or estimates based on minimal information.
- Develop and monitor our preconstruction budget for the project, with a focus on recovery of preconstruction costs. Provide internal financial updates monthly or as frequently as necessary.
- Proficiency in various estimating and other construction software, including those used for digital quantity take-off, pricing, and bid invitation. (Destini, On-Screen, CMiC, Procore)
- Proficiency in of Microsoft Suite, especially Word and Excel
- High School diploma, or equivalent; College Degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive work experience in construction, typically in project management or estimating, with at least 3 years in a customer facing role. BA/BS/AS or other accredited degree may substitute for up to 4 years of experience.
