We understand the vital role that targeted advertising plays in driving growth and engaging our audience. As we continue to grow our brand and evolve our marketing strategies, we are seeking a skilled Paid Ads Manager to lead our digital advertising campaigns.
In this role you will:
- Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, App Stores (iOS and Android), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads & Shop.
- Produce captivating, TikTok-inspired content tailored for paid ad campaigns.
- Oversee and optimise ad spend to maximise return on investment.
- Evaluate campaign performance and offer data-driven insights to improve future strategies.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure that ad content aligns with the brand's identity and educational objectives.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in social advertising, with a focus on the education and children’s content space.
- Produce and edit organic content exclusively for TikTok to raise brand awareness.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven expertise in paid social media advertising, particularly with TikTok.
- Strong understanding of paid ad metrics, tracking, and analysis using GA4, along with techniques to optimise performance.
- A creative mindset for crafting short-form, engaging video content for TikTok, with support from a talented illustration team and a rich asset library.
- In-depth knowledge of ad platforms like TikTok, App Stores, Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Familiarity with Amazon and Pinterest Shopping is a plus.
- Effective commercial and copywriting skills for advertising.
- Ability to collaborate efficiently within a dynamic, creative environment.
- Passion for educational content and enhancing children’s literacy.
- Capable of guiding the development team on building landing pages that connect with paid ads.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience in the education or children’s content industry is advantageous.
