Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Residential Sales Specialist. The Residential Sales Specialist will be responsible for new, residential development. The candidate will work closely with customers to understand their internet needs, provide tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships. This is a very simplistic, low-pressure sale that usually saves the customer money on their internet service and/or gets them much faster, more reliable speeds. Competitive compensation plan! Short training period and ability to make great money right away!

Key markets we are currently looking to hire for are:

-*Midland/Odessa, TX area

-*Las Cruces, NM Area

-*South Texas, Victoria area

-*Phoenix, AZ area

-*San Angelo, TX area

-*Elgin, Ok area

*It is not necessary to live in these areas- Summer program, year round, and traveling models are all available.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Sales skills
• Door to Door experience is a plus but not necessary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus but not necessary
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented
