We are searching for a Sous Chef with high-volume experience to join the team at everyone's favorite local hangout. This restaurant isn't just about delicious food and tasty, creative cocktails - they are all about FUN! Sous Chef Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Hit the ground running as stores reopen, ready for a busy summer season!
• Hire, train, coach, and motivate culinary team
• Manage with a firm but fair leadership style
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with high volumes- $5+ million preferred
• Manage food costs and control with a hands-on management approach
• Ability and drive to work well under pressure
