Make a positive impact on students at New Haven USD!

We are seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year (August 7th, 2024 - May 22nd, 2025). This is a part-time, on-site position with the potential to extend into summer programming (ESY) based on needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision provided by our team (BCBA not provided by the district).
  • Support students across various grade levels (Pre-K to 12th grade - specific caseload details to be determined).
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to promote student success.
  • Perform general RBT duties.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California RBT Certification (active and in good standing) with expiration date included in your application.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and positive reinforcement skills.
