Resort Condo Property Manager

The Chetola Resort is one of the top destination resorts in the Carolinas. Located in iconic Blowing Rock, the resort is only 90 minutes from the Charlotte Airport. Chetola spans 140+ acres, offers award-winning amenities, and is the largest private employer in town. Wautaga Property Management @ The Chetola Resort is the vacation rental portion of the business at the resort.

Wautaga Property Management is looking for a Resort Condo Property Manager. The Resort's Condo Property Manager encompasses a wide range of management responsibilities due to the flexibility of the resort's real estate. Duties of the Property Manager include vacation and/or residential management services, including timeshare management and vacation rentals.

A NC Real Estate license is required (minimum 2 years)

2+ years of experience in real estate property management.

Applicant must be knowledgeable of NC real estate laws, and specifically the Vacation Rental Act and the Timeshare Act.

Applicant must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work with property owners, guests, vendors and POA Board of Directors.

Applicant must have a keen eye for detail, be organized, and think outside the box, but also be part of the greater resort team.

Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills handling conflict resolution are a must.

Candidate must have financial skills such as budgeting experience, accounting knowledge, and analysis ability.
