Inclusive Education and Community Partnership (*IECP*) is a progressive Agency specializing in including children with autism and other developmental disabilities with their typically developing peers in school and community settings. IECP is a well established and respected partner to school districts and families having provided quality services for hundreds of schools and thousands of children. We are hoping to find new staff with a passion and commitment to make inclusion a reality and to improve the lives of the children we support! *FT Behavior Interventionists in SCHOOLS - start immediately after PAID training*
IECP is currently hiring full time Behaviorists located for schools throughout the San Fernando Valley.
*Requirements for the position of Behavior Therapist at IECP include:*
* Desire to learn, contribute, and make the world a better place
* A foundational understanding of tolerance, respect, and appreciation of human differences.
* Firm belief that children with and without disabilities benefit from being together and shared experiences.
* Bachelors Degree in a related field *(preferred but NOT required),* TB Clearance, and Live Scan Clearance.
* *COVID-19 vaccination not required for this position as of 10/1/23. *
*Previous Successful candidates come from all kinds of different experiences and professions. Some include*
* Coaching
* Child care
* School aides
* Teachers aides
* Summer camp or after school program workers
