Legal Recruiting Manager (Campus-Recruiting)

We are seeking a Legal Recruiting Manager to oversee law student recruitment (1L, 2L, 3L) for a leading AmLaw 150 firm in the Downtown Los Angeles HQ office. Working closely with the Director of Recruiting, this role will manage the recruitment process and supervise a Recruiting Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Oversee candidate data using ViRecruit and enhance reporting processes.
• 1L Summer Program: Coordinate recruitment efforts, manage interviews, and lead committee meetings.
• 2L/On-Campus Recruiting: Handle on-campus recruitment, manage logistics, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
• 3L Recruiting: Create job postings, screen applicants, and manage interviews and offers.
• Recruitment Strategy: Refine recruiting processes to improve competitiveness and outcomes.

Skills/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in legal recruitment
• 5+ years of relative experience, prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ViRecruit, and Workday
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
