The School is looking for a proactive and conscientious Chef to join the Kitchen Team and assist the Chef Manager with the ongoing preparation and service of meals, as well providing an excellent catering service.

Key duties include, but are not limited to:

• General kitchen tasks and duties.
• Adherence to food safety regulations and allergy guidelines.
• Support event catering for functions, including fine dining and summer programmes.
• All legal documentation kept electronically and up to date.

Hours are to be worked as follows:

• Term Time: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (6:00am 2.30pm)
• You may be required to work some weekends on a rotational basis at the Boarding House and additional hours for events, which will be paid as overtime.
