Full time position, Nanny/Housekeeper Nanny Job in Clarksville

My name is Phung (Nikki) and I'm looking to hire a full time nanny to care for three little girls. I need help getting the girls ready for school, see them to the bus/pick them up from bus, give my preschooler a ride to and from school 2 days a week, help out with setting up light meals, transportation help to after school activities, light housekeeping duties like sweeping/moping floor, laundry, straightening out kids' rooms, watering plants, etc..
I need some who is flexible with her schedule as my husband and I are in the medical field and we cover night shifts as well. I need someone who is willing to spend the night. I do mostly shift work and in long stretches such as 5 nights a week straight. There will be a lot of down time while the kids are in schools/the preschooler is napping or at preschool etc.. Therefore, the paid is based on the shift itself rather than hourly. I'm looking to hire as soon as I find the right candidate.
