Job Description

The Security Training Awareness Summer Intern will work the Director of Information Security Program Delivery as a part of the Global Security team. You will Develop and evaluate security awareness campaigns, create engaging content, and deliver training to promote cybersecurity best practices. Design phishing simulations, collaborate with teams to integrate security into processes, analyze engagement data, and stay updated on threats to foster a security-first culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Help build, and evaluating security awareness campaigns.
  • Create engaging content (e.g., posters, emails, and videos) to educate employees about cybersecurity best practices.
  • Promote a secure by design mindset through role-based training and awareness projects.
  • Help design and deploy phishing simulations to test employee susceptibility.
  • Help deliver security training sessions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance training material and courses.
  • Collect and analyze data on employee engagement with security programs.
  • Work with teams (IT, HR, Legal) to integrate security awareness into existing processes.
  • Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor's degree program in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Returning to school in Fall 2025 to complete degree
  • Passionate about cyber security
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
