Job Description


Immediate opening for a resident management team for our thriving self-storage facility in Union City, CA. The successful management team must consist of two energetic people who enjoys working together. A proven customer service background and strong management experience is necessary in the day-to-day operations. Responsible in completing all normal tasks related with the daily office and facility procedures.



DUTIES (includes but not limited to):


Greet customers and vendors in a professional manner


Answer the telephone in an enthusiastic manner


Show, rent and clean units


Posting of rent and sales


Unit/site inventory providing maintenance report


Prepare computer generated letters and notices


Perform daily lock checks, uphold the facility security


Accurately prepare and finalize delinquent accounts for online auction


Make collection calls and process liens on delinquent accounts


Send uncollected accounts to the collection agency


Perform market surveys twice a year


Hiring, training, firing of associate managers


Keep and maintain personnel file


Clean public restroom and replenish office supplies as needed


Responsible for all daily and month end reports


Bank Deposits and Post office drops


Uphold facility cleanliness both inside and outside


Strong organizational skills


Communicate facility issues in a timely manner



QUALIFICATIONS


Must be eligible to work in the United States


Pre-employment background check and drug testing


Must have a clean and valid Driver’s license


High school diploma/GED equivalent


Excellent communication and customer service skills


Outstanding time management and organizational skills


Ability to multi-task and complete assigned duties within a specified time frame


Must be a team player and have strong leadership skills


Must be profit driven


Proficient in typing, Microsoft office and basic computer


Able to work independently and well with others


Willing to work in all outdoor surroundings/elements


Professional


High level of Integrity

OFFICE HOURS:


Monday -Saturday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Spring and Summer Hours)


9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Fall and Winter hours)


Sunday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
