External Supply Integration Sr. Manager - Americas

Position OverviewAs the External Supply Integration Sr. Manager at CSL Behring, you will ensure that our externaloperations within the region meet future growth aspirations and maintain supply integrity. This roleinvolves establishing operational capabilities through outsourcing and external supply networks. You willdevelop strategies, build essential external end-to-end (E2E) operational networks, and manage keypartner relationships to support CSL’s long-term growth strategy.Key responsibilitiesLead CMO/CDMO partnerships in the region that form a part of the overall External SupplyIntegration strategyImplement projects and operationally lead the established external partnerships to definedperformance measuresEstablish product/service agreements and ways of working with intended partners. Establishvendor monitoring and tracking processes.Develop project plans, risk management plans and lead the implementation projects for drugsubstance and/or fill and finish operationsDevelop milestone planning and goals to provide a clear direction for assigned partnershipsEnsure that essential supply chain interfaces between the partners and CSL are maintained, andthat information related to planning, quality and supply requirements are understood andtransparent within CSL and the partner organizationEnsure compliance between End-to-end Supply, external supply integration, new productdevelopment and network strategy for responsible unit operationsWork with key internal stakeholders to define supply chain and operating models for newbusiness.Travel required: ~10% at mostRemote employees need to be located close to a CSL Behring site.
Skills and experienceUniversity degree in life sciences, engineering or business; preferably an MBA or advanceddegree5+ years' experience including 5 years' leadership in multi-location environments, leading cross-functional teams.Experience in operations (AAV and/or aseptic filling), supply chain and commercial contractsnegotiationSolid project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead projects with multiplestakeholdersExperience working in a global environment
