The E-commerce Manager will play a pivotal role in driving online growth and optimising the digital shopping experience. You'll oversee the full e-commerce journey, ensuring seamless site operations, managing customer care, and guiding future strategy through collaboration across departments.

The E-commerce Manager will:

• Oversee daily operations of the Shopify store and manage the trade calendar.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product launches and promotions.
• Lead and manage a team, including the E-commerce and Customer Care Executives.
• Report on performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage external partners, including SEO and website development agencies.

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years' experience in e-commerce trading and online retail.
• Experienced and strong online trading mentality within luxury
• Expertise with Shopify and tools like Google Analytics and HotJar.
• Strong Excel and analytical capabilities.
• Experience managing web development teams or agencies.
• A passion for luxury retail and delivering excellent customer experiences.
