Prior lifeguarding experience is not necessary. Applicants will be required to obtain Ellis & Associates lifeguard certification. Courses are offered through Lake Compounce for a fee. The Coach/Supervisor is the day-to-day supervisor of all activities within their waterpark section. All candidates must possess exceptional leadership skills and responsibilities for the training and development of all Team Members and Assistant Coaches/Leads. The Coach/Supervisor will be held accountable for following and administering all policies and procedures determined by the department manager.
