The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the HR department. This role involves supporting the HR programs and policies, including talent acquisition, retention, employee relations, and change management initiatives. Project Management responsibilities for core HR processes including but not limited to annual compliance reports, compiling information for compensation surveys, talent management processes and systems including but not limited to set up and launch of evaluation processes, creation and distribution of compensation communication to team members in partnership with Director of HR. Collects and compiles data as requested from a variety of sources and prepares reports for analysis.
Job Responsibilities
•Utilizes skills and expertise to evaluate current state and make recommendations to implement improvements in all areas of human resources.
•Answers and resolves day-to-day employee inquiries and concerns
•Collaborates with HR team to implement, improve and communicate programs, policies, and processes
•Halogen Set-Up/Compensation Communication Administration
•Maintains compliance
•Benefits administration including LOA/FMLA process, 401k process, and Alternative Work Arrangements
•Supports Talent Acquisition efforts through campus recruiting, summer intern program, and retention
•Conducts onboarding and offboarding along with other HR team members
•Supports Director of HR in DiSC and Impact Coach Training
•Serves as a first point of contact for employees and management
•Conducts drafts of performance improvement plans and employee counseling for Director of HR
•Responsible for informally mentoring HR Coordinator
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
•5-7 years of experience as an HR Generalist
•Strong communication, presentation, listening, and client relationship skills
•Highly self-motivated; must be comfortable working independently or as part of a team

•Certification as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or HRCI-PHR
