Our Guest Services Team enrich lives with their helpful and welcoming approach and they look for ways to enhance the guest experience while providing fun, efficient, and informative interactions. Guest Service Team Members' primary responsibilities include fulfilling pass and lift ticket sales transactions, providing guests with resort and operations information, and assisting with trouble-shooting lift ticket and pass media issues.

- Must be at least 16 years old or older
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively
- Comfortable working with and verbally communicating with guests and team members
- Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
- Ability to commit to work weekends and holidays during the winter season
- Prior cash handling and point of sale experience
- Previous experience in customer service-based role
- Starting Wage: $18.29 Hourly
- Year-Round housing available. Subject to availability.
