At Mt. Hood Meadows, we are committed to upholding the highest standards in both team and guest services. The role of a Guest Services Communications Team Member at Mt. Hood Meadows demonstrates the essence of our dedication to creating enriching experiences for our guests.

As a Communications Team Member, you are responsible for clear, effective, and efficient internal and external communication. Responding to internal communications efforts, you play a vital role in providing the lift access team with the information they need to assist guests at the gate with lift tickets and pass access issues and questions. Responding to external communications such as email and phone calls, you provide guests with the essential information they need to plan their trip and make the most of their time at the resort.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to research and gather information quickly
  • Familiar with Windows-based applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to advance several projects simultaneously
  • Availability to commit to working weekends and holidays during the ski and snowboard season
  • Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in a guest service-based role
  • Experience with RTP software
Compensation:
  • Starting Wage: $19.11 Hourly
