Job Description

The Talent Program Manager plays an integral role in attracting top talent and developing CentroMotion's current employees so that we can better serve our customers and meet our business objectives. The Talent Program Manager is responsible for designing and executing comprehensive talent management programs, developing and delivering learning and development initiatives, managing global recruiting strategies, and championing the summer internship program.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Talent Management Program Design:
  • Develop and execute talent development programs tailored to meet the needs of entry-level employees, managers, and high-potential individuals
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure talent management program and training content aligns with industry best practices and organizational goals
  • Create and update training/program materials to support employee development and growth
  • Work with managers to identify training/program needs and develop customized training programs
  • Ensure training materials are engaging, relevant, and aligned with company goals
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate logistics and communicate training programs and promote registration and participation
2. Learning and Development Initiatives:
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to talent development
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements for different employee groups
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver training programs, both in-person and through digital platforms, leveraging various learning methodologies
  • Serve as the point person for Learning needs
3. Manage Recruiting Program:
  • Develop and implement effective and streamlined global recruiting strategies to attract top talent
  • Partner with Recruitment and HR to improve our talent acquisition processes by leveraging HRIS technology and AI
  • Collaborate with US and global recruiting partners to ensure adherence to established processes
  • Manage recruiting reports like the Global Req Report and Requestion Approval Process
  • Manage recruiting and background vendor relationships and pay invoices
  • Parter with vendor to manage Affirmative Action Program
4. Champion the Summer Internship Program:
  • Parter with Corporate HR Generalist to facilitate the planning and execution of the summer internship program
  • Source & Interview intern candidates

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience within a in a global organization
  • Minimum of 2- 3 years' experience leading a large cross functional global initiative like performance management, leadership development, talent acquisition, succession planning, career mapping employee or engagement survey
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management principles, performance management, succession planning, and employee development strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess talent needs, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs using various methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and other digital platforms for training and development purposes.
  • Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
