Creative Concrete LLC is seeking an experienced and bilingual Concrete Foreman to lead and manage concrete projects throughout central and western North Dakota. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the daily operations of commercial and industrial flatwork, agricultural concrete, and unique concrete projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily concrete work activities, including commercial, industrial, agricultural, and unique concrete projects.
  • Manage and direct a team of concrete workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Ensure concrete is placed, finished, and cured according to project specifications and company quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure timelines and expectations are met.
  • Oversee the use of tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring all resources are used effectively and efficiently.
  • Enforce safety protocols and procedures on the job site to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
  • Provide training and mentorship to crew members to promote skill development and safety awareness.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports of work progress, labor, and material usage.

The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Concrete Foreman or in a supervisory role in concrete construction.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Extensive knowledge of concrete placement, finishing techniques, and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and project specifications.
  • Ability to operate equipment as needed.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with team members, project managers, and clients.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Schedule:
  • Full Time
  • Monday to Friday, some Saturdays
  • Overtime during the busy season

Work Location:
  • Minot, ND, and surrounding areas during the summer season
