Mt. Hood Meadows is hiring CDL Bus Drivers who have safety as their top priority and are committed to providing outstanding guest and team member experiences.

We currently have morning and evening shifts open, along with full and part-time positions, for the Hood River and Sandy areas. Our Bus Drivers are responsible for operating passenger buses at Mt. Hood Meadows, providing transportation for team members and guests. In addition, they may be tasked with assisting the department in directing traffic, monitoring parking lot capacity for safety reasons, identifying guest service opportunities, and contributing to the overall maintenance and upkeep of the parking lots, including signage as necessary.

  • 19 years of age or older for insurance purposes
  • Possess Current Commercial Driver's License with passenger endorsement and Medical Card
  • Ability to be insured to operate company vehicles
  • Ability to safely operate busses in a wide variety of weather conditions
  • Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds
  • Commit to working weekends and holidays during the winter season
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and driver record background check
  • Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business

Compensation: $25.86 Hourly
    • Base starting wage will be altered to commensurate additional certifications, licensures, and experience.
