Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences? We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dining Room Server Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our service operations, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and delightful experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and take pride in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, we want to hear from you! Requirements:
  • Set up and maintain the wait staff station for efficient service.
  • Prepare and serve bread, water, and butter as needed.
  • Bus tables promptly to ensure a clean dining environment.
  • Assist with dishwashing area cleanliness and organization.
  • Set and reset tables and adjust dining layouts as required.
  • Attend pre-service meetings and training sessions.
  • Address members by name for a personalized experience.
  • Adhere to service guidelines and safety policies.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and confidentiality.
  • Assist with cocktail service, food running, and other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a server assistant preferred.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in reading and communicating in English.
  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Problem solver, self-motivated, and organized.
  • Have current Food Handler Certification or able to obtain
  • Have current TABC Certification or able to obtain
  • Ability to lift and transport packages, cases, or objects of up to 50 lbs.
