Salary: £27,000 based in London, £24,840 based outside of London.


Location: This role can be based at our London office, or at our new regional office in Sheffield, with a blend of in-office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week.

The Schools Relationship Support role will support our efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educators, and educational institutions all over the world, ensuring the successful adoption of educational products and services. The role will support the Schools Relationship Manager (SRM) to deliver teacher training programmes and support the sales team with global sales enablement initiatives originating from marketing.



Key tasks



  • Event coordination - Assisting in the planning and coordination of Teacher Training events (online and face-to-face), such as workshops, training sessions, and product demonstrations for schools.

  • Administrative support - Raising purchase orders and invoices, booking travel and accommodation, follow up post-workshops with feedback forms.

  • Data management and reporting - Assisting with CRM data entry and analysis.

  • Marketing support - Assisting in the creation and distribution of educational resources, newsletters, and communications to schools & distributors, and for events worldwide.

  • Performance analysis and reporting - Identifying trends and areas for improvement based on data analysis and feedback from schools.



Who we're looking for



  • We're looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to create compelling and clear sales enablement materials, and experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and logistical skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.

  • Experience of working with people from a range of backgrounds is required, including people who may speak English as another language, as is confidence in learning and using various IT systems.
