About the role

• Carry out surveys with photographic schedules in accordance with RICS guidance.
• Prepare contracts for works & tender documents.
• Assist clients throughout the deployment of the Party Wall Act 1996.
• Reduce Carbon through efficient & renewable building.
• Prepare feasibility studies for construction projects.
• Monitor and offer advice on property defects and deterioration.
• Carry out condition reports on the impact of unexpected damage or adverse conditions.
• Advise clients about property and building issues including Environmental, legal, technical and financial.

About you

• RICS accredited
• Full driving license
• Knowledge of industry software such as CAD
• Written and oral interpersonal skills
• Project & Time management
• Eye for detail & strong understanding of the built environment
