Amazon Senior Account Coordinator | North London with 2 days in the office | consumer goods company|

I am looking for a dynamic individual with 2-3 years' experience working with Vendor Central in a sales support role (or similar).

The role

The Senior Account Coordinator manages operational transactions for Amazon EU, in partnership with designated members of the Sales and Supply Chain teams. In this role you will be expected to support communication across all functions, most notably commercial, operations, finance and supply chain; ensuring objectives and deliverables are clear whilst maintaining excellent organisational skills.

In addition to day to day account service for three EU territories, the role will hold ownership of specific functions both within the Retail Operations department, and wider business; which includes but is not limited to; overseeing and ownership of order processing, invoicing, chargeback analysis, project management and supporting Retail Operations Manager in creating, driving and documenting best practices for the account.

Please find below some further information on the duties and responsibilities.

  • Account support for Amazon.
  • Process orders (order review and entry) and maintain open order workbook/s, linking with planning, operations, sales and account/s - raising stock issues and price discrepancies
  • Collaborating with sales in providing accurate pricing and maintenance for the customer
  • Set-up and maintenance of in- depth product listing information, submitting accurate detail of the products to Vendor Central, whilst keeping informed and across compliance requirements
  • Sales Data analysis and weekly reporting.
  • Secure timely execution of invoicing and claims processing.
  • EDI escalation related to ordering princess and invoicing
  • Amazon chargeback analysis and reporting - identifying root causes and process improvements
  • Collaborating with sales in providing and maintaining accurate pricing
  • Attend and drive meetings both internally and externally
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Ownership of key areas and project work of both the Retail Operations Department and wider business
  • Collaboration with Business Project Analyst to identify gaps and opportunities, supporting and often leading on process improvement.
  • Mapping out and documenting process; ongoing training of the rest of the team
  • Onboarding and training support for new team members

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in a in Sales Support (or similar) role with Vendor Central experience is essential
  • French and German Speaking a plus, but not essential
  • Experience of Profitero, but not essential
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Go-getter with a willingness to learn, adapt, participate and develop
  • Project-oriented, proactive and self motivated work style
  • Analytical mind with a good understanding of numbers
  • Independent problem solving
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel; pivot tables, v-lookups and graphs are essential
  • Excellent customer service, engagement and communication skills
  • Be able to demonstrate a 'team player' ethic
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office
