Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reconciling invoices & expenses
• Logging product and props stock in and out
• Organising and maintaining the product area
• Liaising with other departments on behalf of the VM department
• Attend and take notes during meetings
• Organising travel and accommodation

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Proven admin and organisation skills & ability to multitask
• High levels of accuracy
• Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong work ethic & can do attitude!
• Ability to work on own initiative
